This Acti9 PRD1 is a modular surge arrester protecting 3P electrical installations against direct lightning strikes. The Imax maximum discharge current is 40kA .The In nominal discharge current is 25kA. The Type 1 surge arrester is recommended for electrical installations in the service sector and industrial buildings protected by a lightning conductor. It also provides Type 2 protection and protect the electrical installation by finely clipping the lightning wave overvoltage. The surge arresters with r indication have remote transfer of the information Cartridge to be replaced. The Uc maximum continuous operating voltage in DM common mode (between phase and earth) is 350VAC. The Up Voltage protection level in CM common mode (between phase and earth) is 1.5kV.
